Executive, Admin (Contract)

(6-Month Contract)

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the reception of visitors to the office
  • Handle daily incoming and outgoing mails, courier, and delivery services
  • Manage office supplies and purchases
  • Liaise with vendors for the maintenance and repairs of office equipment
  • Assist in internal and external meetings/ events
  • Filing of documents for the department

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
