Executive/Senior Executive, Education and Programmes

Full-time Position




  • Work closely with the Education and Programmes team on relevant education programmes
  • Assist with education- and programmes-related preparatory and administrative work
  • Engage with schools to determine their needs and co-ordinate their visits
  • Liaise with docents and vendors for student tours and workshops
  • Conduct public programmes, school talks, and gallery sessions
  • Meet and greet school groups that visit SAM or off-site exhibition venues
  • Create, organise, and maintain visitorship figures, surveys, and databases
  • Manage Education team's email account and enquiries
  • Manage educational resources and publications
  • Other duties as required




  • Diploma/Degree in arts management, visual art, education, or related fields is preferred
  • Good written and communication skills in English
  • Able to multi-task and work with tight project timelines
  • Excellent team player, motivated, takes initiative, and is willing to work flexible hours when required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with databases and mailing lists
