Take a break from the hustle of everyday life and indulge in an afternoon of art – for a good cause too.
This series of workshops is designed to promote mental wellness through the restorative effects of art. You will learn about ‘creative visualisation’ through art as a relaxation technique that will transport you into an oasis of calmness. Then, using oil pastel, coloured pencils or water colour, you will create a painting that represents tranquility to you. Trained facilitators from the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) will be leading these workshops.
All proceeds from the sale of tickets will go towards supporting the work of SAMH.
