Have you ever wanted to capture the magic of your garden in a unique and creative way? In this special zine-making workshop by DECK, transform your love of plants into a one-of-a-kind garden journal!

No prior experience is required. Just bring your love of plants, reference pictures, leafy cut-outs and a willingness to experiment!

This programme is held in conjunction with the exhibition Simryn Gill and Charles Lim Yi Yong: The Sea is a Field.

What you will do:
- Learn the basics of zine-making, from binding, folding and cutting paper to adding text and images;
- Explore different techniques for incorporating botanical elements into your zine, such as pressed flowers, seed packets and hand-drawn sketches;
- Discover creative ways to document your gardening journey, from tracking plant growth to capturing seasonal changes;
- Leave with your very own zine that you can treasure as a keepsake or share with your fellow plant lovers.
