Sa’ad transformed a little red dot based on hopes and dreams for
Singapore from SAM’s diverse audience.

About the Illustrators
Beverley Ng
Beverley Ng
Beverley Ng is a Singaporean graphic designer and video editor. Her work in the design field has a strong influence on her artistic practice, which sits at the intersection of design and visual art. She is inspired by her everyday environment and finding resourceful ways of creating works, which largely explore the themes of family and personal histories. Ng has created works for institutions in the local arts sector and within the civil service industry.
Isaac Liang
Isaac Liang is a deaf illustrator based in Singapore. His artistic journey began at the age of four when he started drawing on the cupboards of his home with crayons. He seeks inspiration from traveling and cafe-hopping, which he translates into unique visual stories through illustrations, animations, and traditional art mediums.
Michael Ng
Michael Ng began his artistic practice under the moniker Mindflyer in 1989. His practice is embedded in concepts related to flight and escapism, and drawing on a crazy mix of inspirations from aeronautical forms to bright colours, retro sci-fi and Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s The Little Prince, he attempts to make everything "fly"! Michael is the founder of Illustration Arts Fest and a founding member of the illustrator group OIC Singapore.
Nur Dianna Sa'ad
Nur Dianna Sa’ad is a Singaporean illustrator who credits growing up with two special sisters for challenging the way she views the world. Her work explores alternate versions of what we understand to be “normal,” condensing complex ideas into light-hearted visuals. She takes visual cues from flora and fauna, the fuzzy surrealism of 70’s sci-fi visuals and charming childrens’ books, with exaggerated silhouettes, pattern and metaphor all playing a part in the chaos.
Nur Aisha Sa'ad
Nur Aisha Sa’ad is clinically identified as having Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She has developed her love for drawing and colouring over the years, whizzing through reams of paper and cartons of coloured pencils. With guidance and encouragement from her sisters and parents, Aisha has explored a wide range of arts and crafts from painting to quilling, beading, pottery and paper sculpting. She spends her weekends on Art Sunday projects, creating artworks and products to sell online.
