Each participant will receive an A5-sized journal and a set of markers. Please feel free to bring along additional materials.

SAM provides this free workshop in support of Beyond The Label Fest 2020, which aims to tackle mental health stigma and encourage support and acceptance of persons in recovery from mental health conditions.
